  • Waitlist: To manage your position and notify you about Solvely’s launch and related updates.
  • Newsletter: To send knm's marketing emails and updates about knm's updates and related services.

  • Consent: For waitlist registration and newsletter subscription (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Newsletter consent is collected via an unticked checkbox, which you must actively select.
  • Legitimate Interests: For website analytics and service improvement.

  • Withdrawing newsletter consent does not affect your waitlist status.

  • PostHog Cloud EU: Used for analytics and session recording. Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).
  • Hosting: All data is hosted within the European Economic Area (EEA).

We do not share your personal data with other third parties except as necessary for the above purposes.
